Service and operator

The first release is free and intended for worldwide availability, subject to applicable law and host/provider availability. Lucetivo has no purchases, payments or subscriptions. Host and internet-service requirements and costs may differ.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and satisfy any higher applicable country or host eligibility requirement. Do not submit personal information about children under 13. The service does not implement age verification.

Use authorised accounts, keep credentials secure and never send them to support.

Educational use and safety

Lucetivo offers six lighting and composition methods, saved plans, observations, one active experiment and optional framing guides. It does not control physical lamps or measure your room. Plans, diagrams and settings are illustrative; a render brief is a prompt, not a generated image or proof of a real result. Chat, voice and generated images depend on the selected host.

Follow equipment instructions, use safe cable routes and seek appropriate help when needed. Do not climb to reposition equipment or place lights where they can fall, overheat or obstruct an exit. Do not obtain another person's private records, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material or disrupt the service.

Your content

You retain the rights you have in your content. Select only material you may lawfully use, including necessary permissions for third-party content or photographed people. Share only information needed for a lighting lesson and avoid sensitive personal information.

The operator processes selected content only as needed to store, retrieve and display it and provide your requested service. These terms grant no broader content licence. The host's separate terms govern its processing of chat and tool responses.

Saved records and availability

Treat a save as complete only after a successful response. You can remove selected panel photos. For session or account deletion, contact support; disconnection alone does not delete stored records. The Privacy Notice describes current storage behavior, the request route and provider recovery limits. No automatic expiry or immediate purge of every backup is promised.

The service may be interrupted or changed. It provides no guaranteed artistic result or service-level commitment. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected; these terms add no custom monetary liability cap or exclusive dispute forum.

Access may be restricted when needed to address unlawful use, abuse or security issues. Material changes or discontinuation will be communicated through the service where practicable. Privacy rights continue to apply. No fixed notice period or automated export facility is promised.
